" The chateau could not be lovelier. The setting is a peaceful and extremely quiet area of France, not touristy, but near enough to many very interesting sights for convenient day trips. We invited four other couples and each of us had our own full, very modern bathroom. No modern convenience, from washer-dryer to wifi, is missing. We are a cooking club, so we did not anticipate asking for more than the one included dinner, but after James served us a gourmet meal in the beautiful, candlelit dining room the first night, we asked him to prepare four more dinners for us. Breakfast is served each morning in the large, gorgeous kitchen. The meals feature locally sourced foods, including homemade jams using fruit from the estate, and vibrant fresh salads straight from the garden. From the first walk up the lavender-lined path to the house, we were enchanted. The very large pool area is furnished with tables and lounge chairs, and we enjoyed playing ping pong and frisbee on the lawn. Our very charming host was extremely helpful and accommodating, but completely unobtrusive. We could not have asked for a more wonderful place to relax, explore the heart of France, and enjoy delicious cuisine and fine wine together with dear friends. We dream of going back someday. "

“ The charter was amazing. Hugh, Candace, and York were outstanding – so welcoming, relaxed, and created such a memorable experience for the six of us. We are a fairly active group and the customized each day with different options to help us have fun, explore the area, but at a very relaxed pace. The yacht was very accommodating - great space that allowed you to feel comfortable. Bedrooms/accommodations were good as well – all three rooms were made up into Queen size beds. Hugh did a great job with the meals – fresh fish, lobster, pulled pork, local fruits and vegetables – most days we were eating what we had caught that day (tuna, lobster, conch). It will go down as one of our top vacations so far, and definitely something we want to do again in the future."

" Our trip to Zulu Nyala was more than I had dreamed of. The amenities were excellent. The staff was very attentive. The meals were made fresh daily with an array of fresh fruits, vegetables, choices of entrees, dessert bar…the list goes on. Of course the reason we came was for the photo safari. It was breathtaking seeing all the beautiful animals up close and in their own habitat. We felt very safe at all times and our guide was very knowledgeable. I thought this would be a once in a life time trip, but I fell in love with S.Africa and plan on going again. Go and experience all that Zulu Nyala has to offer. You will be delighted and invigorated. "

“ We had an amazing trip. The staff was excellent. It really added to the experience. The chef Christopher with his assistant David were by far exceptional and I highly recommend keeping them if you can. Their food was delicious and they were so much fun, polite and it made the trip! Juan never stopped working and pointed out monkeys when they were in the trees. Flor kept the house very clean and also never stopped working. Susan was quite helpful and very organized. You have an excellent group at the Villa."

" When we arrived at the cottage - a hidden gem on Chocolate Hole Bay just a mile from Cruz Bay - we were overwhelmed by how welcoming the owners were and how quaint and secluded the cottage was. All the comforts of home and everything we needed to enjoy our week from beach towels, snorkeling equipment, gas grill, etc. Although the king bed was on stilts, it was part of the fun of enjoying our hideaway in the jungle. Definitely rent a jeep while you are there - you'll need it for the big hills! "

" Wow! All six of us had a wonderful time. We have remarked amongst us that it was one of the all time best. The motor launch was top notch, so very comfortable, cabins were very nice and clean...didn't expect a queen bed! Food, especially breakfasts, were great. Twice we were able to eat what was caught out of the waters.
The three "crew members" were a delight, well informed, humorous and worked extremely well together...we liked them enough that we invited them to dinner on our last night at the Abaco Inn (what a place that is...oh my).
Again, it was wonderful ".

“ Just wanted to drop a quick note to say thank you for sharing this incredible home with us. As promised, it was amazing and we had a terrific time. Also, all of the staff was terrific, but the savior of our trip was definitely Raul. He could not have been more helpful. He literally helped us a hundred of times a day, from excursions to massages to food and liquor to bandages for our injured companion. He visited the house in person multiple times a day, lead us to the excursions, and made sure everything was just right. And, Raul did not just handle things once we got there, but he made us feel at ease before we arrived (transportation to the house and rental car drop off at the house) and after we left (handling the drop off of the cars when the company failed to pick them up on time). I highly recommend Raul as a concierge for future guests. Again, thank you for everything and do not be surprised if you hear from us again. The entire group had the perfect week."

“ Captain Hugh did a great job. We had a pretty big weather event on day two, but Capt. Hugh kept us safe and we had a good time even with the weather. “ It was the best vacation, ever. All we had to worry about was what we wanted Chef Armando to cook for us and what we wanted to do that day. We didn’t need to grocery shop, clean, do laundry or any of those other things that can get in the way of having fun. Everything was done for us and everyone was so friendly, polite and accommodating. The house was beautiful and had more than enough room for 2 families. The kids loved the pool - an absolute must after a hot day of zip lining, kayaking or walking back from the beach. We would absolutely come again! "

" Our trip to St. John was incredible! We had a great time at the cottage. The view of the bay was nice. The best thing for us about the cottage was the privacy and peacefulness. We enjoyed the hot tub and the outside shower was our daily refreshment. The cottage is decorated very cute and has everything you need for cooking, drinking and equipment for enjoying the water. There are large iguanas every day at the cottage and they love hanging out on the deck. Getting around the island of St. John is easy, but would not be fun for those that easily get car sick. The owner of the cottage is a great guy and extremely eager to make all aspects of your trip incredible "

" Capt. Robbie and crew members Laia, Julia and Riley were amazing, and attentive to our every need. The accommodations and food were top notch, as were the experiences on the water. Pete’s Pub and diving the blue holes were highlights, however, most important of all, the whole experience of spending time, off the grid with family was simply priceless. We would recommend it to anyone looking for that “once in a lifetime experience” but caution, it could become addictive! "

“ A group of 7 of us (adults) stayed at the villa for a week in March. The property was beautiful and immaculately kept, just like the photographs. The pools are relaxing, the rooms are spacious and the open design makes for a pleasant breeze that can flow through the villa from the ocean. But, what really surpassed our expectations was the staff! Everyone was so warm, friendly and helpful and really made our vacation memorable. They offered recommendations for activities and helped organize logistics, bringing any of our desired plans to fruition. The food was amazing (better than the restaurants we went to) with meals taken at a table looking out at the ocean. The villa is in a quiet location with a beach that doesn’t get much traffic. This makes for a very private vacation experience but also means that travel times to many of the major tourist locations can be over an hour. Overall, a wonderful place to stay in paradise!"
